ΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΜΟΖΑΜΒΙΚΗ (ΗΝΩΜΕΝΑ ΕΘΝΗ) ΓΙΑ ΑΠΟΦΟΙΤΟΥΣ ΛΟΓΙΣΤΙΚΗΣ-ΧΡΗΜΑΤΟΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΗΣ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΕΩΝ
At this level, job holders are expected to demonstrate responsibility and initiative to respond independently to various queries with only general guidance. There is a requirement to use judgment in dealing with unforeseen operational problems on a daily basis. Job holders are expected to manage resources and support staff.
The Programme Assistant will work under the Activity Manager for Social Protection and the Head of CBT’s guidance and in close coordination with the Operations Officers for Social Protection and CBT on the following tasks:
• Support the development of tools needed for budgeting, monitoring, and carrying out expenses in line with reporting requirements;
• Support procurement, administrative and financial processes for Cash Based Transfers projects within Social Protection as well for other areas where CBT is the main modality;
• Development and/or update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide on grant management and reporting in collaboration with relevant units;
• Monitor and advise the project management and financial status of Field Level Agreements with Cooperating Partners and in close coordination with the Partnerships Unit;
• Monitor commitments and expenditures of budgets and other funds allotments and ensuring that utilization of funds is in accordance with agreements;
• Support preparation of distribution and payment plans as well as transfer reconciliation reports, which entails regular coordination with Field Offices as well as with CBT Team;
• Support informed financial decision making and conduct financial analysis to better utilize resources and avoid/ minimize project unspent balances;
• Other as required.
