Mission :

Become, within ADB SG, the subject matter expert on airport/airfield Maintenance Management. You will support our customers, across the globe, to build their Maintenance Organizations. You will master ADB SG’s methodology on the matter, including processes, planning, and operational practices.

Actively support sales efforts, during concept, bidding, and negotiation phases. Analyze service-related project requirement and propose the on-site and remote maintenance organization. Be able to analyze and present processes & methods, calculate cost and prepare docs to support pre-sales and bidding procedures

Services solutions include the entire Airfield & Gate portfolio of ADB SG and can also expand into third party products, upon customer’s request.

Job Description :

• Analyze business opportunities & customer requirements and proposes the right Services & Maintenance solution (both technically and commercially)
• Design, in details, Maintenance organization at both managerial and operational level
• Prepare documentation and budget analysis during Sales offerings and bidding processes
• Participate – key bid member – during large scale bidding and support during negotiation phase
• Standardize and improve ADB SG’s Maintenance Management methodology
• Follow closely developments at the Airfield maintenance domain and he/she is fully aware on International standards & regulations
• Contribute to Service Business Line effort for new product/ solution development

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation or STEM related field
• Multicultural, international working environment experience
• Fluent in the English language, any additional languages are a plus.
• Technical understanding of customer needs for service and maintenance
• Experience in the participation in bids
• Basic knowledge of Network and Communication Technology
• Working knowledge of MS office tools (MS Project, MS office, … )
• Project Management and ERP/CRM Tools
• Stress resistant personality who feels at his best in a challenging environment
• Result and quality oriented with an eye for detail
• Independent and driven “self-propelling” individual
• Competence in customer care and/or technical service-maintenance

Advantageous experience

• Airfield/ Airport operations
• Knowledge of CMMS tools
• Knowledge of Aviation Rules and regulations: ICAO, FAA and STANAG
